THE KONRAD-ADENAUER-STIFTUNG AS GUEST AT B-PART AM GLEISDREIECK
With a focus on the significant challenges of urban planning the course covers various aspects such as construction, transport, energy, politics, and technology. Based on that the scholarship holders of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung deal with the topic “Berlin 2030′ and learn how planning and cooperation between the city, private actors, and citizens works and what creative approaches exist to solve today’s challenges.
During the seminar interesting “places of the future” are being visited, including the B-Part Am Gleisdreieck as a laboratory for the urban quarter of tomorrow, also known as Urbane Mitte Am Gleisdreieck.
During a guided tour through the pioneer project B-Part Am Gleisdreieck the versatile concept of the Urbanen Mitte Am Gleisdreieck was introduced as well as ideas and topics concerning the future of the city, life and work. The 25 students were particularly interested in the element-wood construction method of the B-Part Am Gleisdreieck.
